Laser cutting and fibre laser cutting of steel

The dimensional and repetition accuracy of our laser cutting machinery is excellent: it cuts identical and very complex pieces quickly and tirelessly. We use our machines to cut structural steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Our fibre laser cutting machine allows us to also cut coloured metals, such as copper and brass.

We have invested in our ability to laser-cut metal more quickly and more accurately. We use some of the most advanced laser cutting technology on the market. Our machines allow us to make even very small holes in thick materials. Our guaranteed dimensional accuracy for laser cutting is 0.05 mm and we are able to cut plates that range between 0.5 and 30 mm in thickness. The maximum cutting area of our machines is 2,000 x 6,000 mm. If you wish, we can also organise the surface treatment of your components for you.

Laser-cut components are often transferred directly to the press-brake for bending. Our expert press-brake machinists strive only for the best possible result. We have great respect for their know-how and we use high-quality structural steel. The steel we use allows us to bend uniform pieces.
